Dynamic Virtual Numbers
Whereas Virtual Numbers, like a traditional PSTN or mobile telephone number, are semi-permanent, Talisman’s Dynamic Virtual Numbers allow a single Virtual Number to be dynamically allocated on-demand for many different purposes.
For instance, a taxi service may wish to connect a passenger and a driver for a short call as the taxi arrives for pickup. Likewise, a visitor to a web portal may wish to connect to customer service for a short call to confirm product details, delivery, etc.

In some business scenarios, there is a need for an intermediary to connect two anonymous parties (i.e. a business directory that connects sellers and buyers) to facilitate a transaction.
The number published by the intermediary is a Talisman Virtual Number. This number is specifically programmed by the intermediary such that when it is called by a buyer it automatically connects to the caller to the most appropriate seller. The intermediary controls this end-to-end interaction.
